Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Government of India, without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the India.

○ Customers must register or login to their commrz™ account before making a purchase to avail this offer.

○ Any cashback earned on commrz™ is exclusive to purchases made on our website (https://www.commrz.com) and cannot be combined with other simultaneous promotional offers that may be offered.

○ The cashback percentage is applicable to the recurring subscription fee and not the one-time charges associated with website creation and hosting services provided by commrz™.

○ Customers have a chance to gain back up to 30% of their purchase amount or ₹3,000/- maximum through our cashback offer, whichever amount is lower.

○ To receive the advertised cashback, new and existing customers must complete their order on commrz™ between December 24th to 31st, 2023. The cashback amount will be credited within 7 business days, provided the payment was made directly through one of commrz™'s authorised online payment gateways. To qualify for cashback, customers must complete their eligible purchase payment via one of the payment methods supported on commrz™'s payment gateway system. Successful transactions will then earn cashback credits that can be redeemed towards the renewal of the customer's website subscription with commrz™.

○ Orders that involve offline or external payment options will not qualify for cashback under the terms of this offer.

○ The cashback offer is valid only for a limited period between 24th to 31st December 2023. We reserve the right to change the offer period without prior notice. 

○ We reserve the right to cancel or deny cashback for any fraudulent transactions or in cases of customer abuse.

○ All disputes regarding cashback will be subject to the final decision of company management. No communication will be entertained in this regard.

○ This offer is valid only for Indian residents. The management has the final say in resolving any disputes.
